Refund and Fraud Policy

This policy covers billing, credit management, refund eligibility, chargeback procedures, and fraud prevention for imagine-grok.net ("Grok Imagine AI," "we," "us," or "our"). Credits are delivered to your account instantly upon purchase. All sales are final — once credits are issued to your account, they are non-refundable.

1. Payment and Billing

All credit pack purchases are one-time payments — no subscriptions, no automatic renewals, no hidden fees. You pay once and use your credits at your own pace within the validity period.

Payments are processed exclusively through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Completing a purchase authorizes Grok Imagine AI and Stripe to charge your payment method for the selected pack amount.

Stripe processing fees are non-refundable in all circumstances, including cases where a refund is approved for the credit pack itself.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, currency conversion fees, or regional charges. Prices are displayed in USD; your bank may apply conversion fees separately.

Billing disputes must be raised within 60 days of the charge date.

2. Credit Packs and Validity

Credits are delivered instantly to your account upon payment confirmation. Available packs are:

Credits from multiple packs stack automatically — buying a new pack never resets your existing balance. Each pack's validity period is independent and starts at the time of purchase.

Credits expire at the end of their validity period and cannot be extended or refunded after expiry.

Credit consumption varies by generation type: standard image generations use fewer credits; Grok Video, Spicy Mode, ultra-high-resolution output, and batch processing consume more credits per generation.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 All Sales Are Final

All credit pack purchases are non-refundable. Once credits are issued to your account, no refunds will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with output quality, unused credits, change of mind, or failure to use the Service within the validity period.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that the sale is final.

3.2 Limited Exceptions

Refunds may be considered solely in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate charges — accidental repeat transactions for the exact same credit pack, documented and reported within 7 days of the charge
  • Confirmed unauthorized transactions — charges resulting from verified unauthorized use of your payment method, subject to identity verification and investigation
  • Verified platform failures — confirmed inability to access the Service or use purchased credits due to a platform-side error that we are unable to remedy within a reasonable timeframe

All exception requests are evaluated at our sole discretion. Approval is not guaranteed.

3.3 Non-Refundable in All Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Unused or partially used credits
  • Credits that have expired
  • Dissatisfaction with AI output quality, style, or results
  • Account suspensions or terminations resulting from Terms of Service violations
  • Accounts found to have engaged in fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, or unauthorized usage
  • Stripe payment processing fees, which are non-refundable under all circumstances

3.4 Refund Process

If you believe your situation qualifies under Section 3.2, contact [email protected] with your account email and payment confirmation. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method only.

4. Chargeback and Dispute Policy

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, please contact us first at [email protected]. Most billing concerns — including duplicate charges or unauthorized transactions — can be resolved directly and more quickly than through a card dispute.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

  • Delays in resolution
  • Temporary account restriction while we investigate
  • Permanent account suspension if the chargeback is found to be unwarranted

If a chargeback is filed after we have already issued a refund, you may be held liable for any dispute fees charged by Stripe or the card network.

Users who repeatedly file chargebacks against Grok Imagine AI purchases, or who misuse the dispute process, may be permanently banned from the Service and reported to fraud prevention networks.

5. Fraud Prevention

We maintain active fraud detection to protect the platform and every user on it:

  • All transactions are screened through Stripe's fraud detection systems
  • Accounts showing signs of unauthorized access, stolen payment method usage, or identity fraud are suspended immediately pending investigation
  • We monitor for automated abuse, unauthorized bulk generation scripts, and credit circumvention attempts
  • Suspicious activity may be reported to relevant law enforcement or fraud prevention authorities

Accounts confirmed to have engaged in fraudulent behavior — including stolen payment methods, credential sharing to bypass credits, or unauthorized API access — will be permanently terminated without refund.

You must provide accurate billing and identity information when purchasing credits. Providing false information to obtain credits or refunds constitutes fraud and may result in legal action.

6. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes to our credit plans, pricing, or legal requirements. Updates take effect upon publication and will be communicated via email or in-platform notice. This policy operates alongside applicable consumer protection laws and does not limit any statutory rights you may have in your jurisdiction.
